Mono e bilocali , a Cannobio sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, offrono il massimo comfort abitativo anche per soggiorni lunghi; tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di cucina attrezzata, riscaldamento autonomo, balcone e/o terrazzo privato direttamente sul lago, TV satellitare, parcheggio e spiaggia privata.

Per la privacy dei nostri ospiti, ad ogni appartamento, è stato riservato uno spazio esterno, ampi balconi o terrazzi , arredati con tavoli e sedie dove potrete rilassarvi e godere il panorama del lago Maggiore
Gli ospiti hanno disposizione un ampio giardino privato direttamente sul lago, spiaggia con pontile e boe.

Studio and two-roomed flats at Cannobio on Lake Maggiore offer all mod cons also for long stays; all the flats have an equipped kitchen, independent heating, private balcony and/or terrace directly on the lake, satellite TV, parking and private beach.

For the privacy of our guests, each flat has its own external area, wide balconies or terraces, furnished with tables and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the view of Lake Maggiore.
Our guests have a wide private garden directly on the lake, beach with wharf and buoys at their disposal.

Coming from the neighbouring Switzerland, from Germany, Holland and North Europe, La Terrazza can be reached after going beyond the town centre of Cannobio, first Italian Commune that the tourist meets after the Italian-Swiss border, covering a distance of ca. 1.5 Km southwards. Die 1- Zimmer/2-Zimmer Appartements am Ufer des Lago Maggiore bieten jeglichen Komfort auch für Langzeiturlauber. Alle Appartements verfügen über: eingerichtete Küche, autonome Heizung, Privatbalkon und/oder Privatterrasse direkt auf dem Lago Maggiore, Sat-TV, Parkplatz und Privatstrand.

Zur Wahrung der Privatsphäre unserer Gäste verfügt jedes Appartement über einen Außenbereich, einen großen Balkon und/oder eine Terrasse, die jeweils mit Tischen und Stühlen ausgestattet sind: Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore!

Les studios et les deux-pièces, à Cannobio au bord du Lac Majeur, offrent tout le confort moderne même pour des longs séjours; tous les appartements ont une cuisine équipée, chauffage autonome, balcon et/ou terrasse privée directement sur le lac, TV satellitaire, parking et plage privée.

Pour l'intimité de nos clients, chaque appartement a un espace extérieur, de grands balcons ou terrasses meublés avec des tables et des chaises où vous pouvez vous détendre et appréciez le panorama du Lac Majeur.
Les clients disposent d'un grand jardin privé directement sur le lac, plage avec quai et bouées.
